What's Up?

This month, Chelsea​ is a guest instructor at MAD Elite 

Dance Company in Virginia Beach. She's loving the hard 

work and dedication the students have been showing!

​

Chelsea has also begun working on pre-production for 

Chicago at First Flight High School in Kill Devil Hills, NC. Rehearsals begin in January, with shows in March, and she can't wait to get started!

​

Chelsea recently wrapped up another season with

The Lost Colony, where she has been the Associate Choreographer since 2021, with Jeff Whiting serving as Director/Choreographer.​

​​

This past winter, Chelsea was a Judge for Inspire National Dance Competition, and will be returning for the 2026 season.

​​

As a dance educator, Chelsea enjoys teaching ballet, pointe, variations, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theatre.​

She excels at leveling-up dancer technique and finding multiple ways to communicate how to achieve it. Energy and storytelling are also a key component to her teaching, encouraging the dancer to have confidence and keep reaching further.

Based on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina, Chelsea is always looking to expand her creative endeavors and grow as an artist.
